Das Auto Magazine is the owner loyalty publication for Volkswagen Group of America. At the time of my involvement circulation was approximately 675,000 and was published twice a year. My responsibilities included creative direction, art direction, photo direction and even some design. This meant I was heavily involved in all stages of the publication from content development to c-level client presentations and press checks. I hired photographers and illustrators, directed photo shoots, and oversaw an editorial design team.

As lead creative on Native Eyewear, I oversee and lead all creative executions associated with the brand from 2014 to present. This includes creative strategy, photo direction and planning, social media posts, digital promotions, grassroots activations and retail support. Working with a very talented team of creatives, designers, event masterminds and account professionals, I ensure creative execution is held to brand standards, a high quality of design aesthetic and follows creative strategy cross-platform.

The most prolific brand of golf shoes on tour, FootJoy, asked us to help relaunch their flagship line of shoes, SYNR-G. We quickly jumped on the opportunity and developed these ads for Golf World Magazine. My responsibilities on the project ranged from concepting and pitching creative strategy to art directing the photographer and illustrator.
I had the fortunate opportunity to not only oversee design as the Art Director on this Harley-Davidson project, but also to lead creative development. From pitching several design strategies for the project through attending the press check (a very special printing process earned this project a Neenah paper award), I was able to oversee all phases of this assignment. From ideation to fulfillment, the project took approximately 6 weeks to execute and deliver.
As lead creative on SoBe from 2014 to 2015, I oversaw and led all design associated with the brand. This included social media posts, digital promotions, grassroots activations and POS. Working with a very talented team of creatives, designers, event masterminds and account professionals, I ensured creative executions held to brand standards, a high quality of design, and that everything followed our creative strategy cross-platform.
The ESPN for Colorado sports, Mile High Sports Magazine is the print publication feature of the Mile High Sports News Network. I was responisble for design, layout, photo editing and photo post production.

As smartphones continue to advance and the proliferation of broadband access increases, so too does the opportunity for rich digital storytelling. As a curious creative, I've made it a point-of-interest to stay fresh on digital media and design. I've designed mobile apps for both Android and iOS devices alike and understand the challenges each present. I've worked closely with development teams of all sizes and backgrounds to bring digital solutions to life that look beautiful on cinema displays, tablets and hand held devices.
The work presented here is a culmination of a very collaborative process in which I was the designer. Some are concept work that never made it past the client review. Most are published works.
